Welcome to the SAM Program

Member of OCSAThe SAM Program is a day program for seniors and adults with diminished abilities, and is offered in three community-based-centers. Activities are planned for the participants on a daily basis. Each day consists of a variety of activities that have been created to maintain and enhance the well-being of the participants/clients. Refreshments and a noon meal are also provided on a daily basis.

The SAM Program is a not-for-profit organization serving Hamilton since 1981 and Halton since 1993. The SAM Program's charitable registration number is 13223-0202-RR-0001. The SAM Program is funded by the HNHB LHIN and the City of Hamilton Community Partnership Program.

The SAM Program would like to thank the Ontario Trillium Foundation for its financial support in providing us with grants for "The Well" Exercise & Nutrition Initiative and a Senior Friendly Accessible Computer Lab at our SAM Flamborough Program location!  We apprecite your support!
